Atlantic Romanesque Special Programme on SER Radio Zamora

The team of the programme “Hoy por hoy” of SER radio station in Zamora conducted a live programme from the church of San Pedro de la Nave

Ramón Castresana, Director of Iberdrola Foundation, Enrique Saíz, General Director of Heritage at the Council of Castile and León and Jesús Castillo Oli, Technical Director of the Heritage Conservation Area at Santa María la Real Foundation, among others, took part in the radio programme, which aim was to bring the radio listener closer together with the works carried out in the church within the Atlantic Romanesque Plan.

In the course of almost two hours there was time to speak in detail about more technical aspects and the history of such emblematic building, as well as going deeply into the daily life of San Pedro de la Nave church hand in hand with its priest, Luis Santamaria del Río, the Mayor of El Campillo Braulio Prieto and other people like María Ángeles that proudly shows the church to visitors or Juan the Bell ringer since he was a child.
