19/12/2011
The parish church of Cerralbo and the chapel of Cristo de la Misericordia in Hinojosa de Duero are the actions taking place in the province of Salamanca.

The team from the “Románico Atlántico” Romanesque Intervention Plan is performing different works in the temples of the towns of Cerralbo and Hinojosa de Duero. In the first case, it is a simple intervention, focused on the renovation of the interior lighting. In the same way, new alabaster and steel windows will be placed, which will allow proper ventilation of the building and reduce humidity problems. The operation concluded with the replacement of flooring in the area of the baptistery.

In the chapel of Cristo de la Misericordia, in Hinojosa, the Plan has also renovated the interior lighting and temple sorroundings by improving the access road and installing street furniture that allow the creation of different spaces, including a lookout area.
